Marker-Assisted Selection for Early Maturing E Loci in Soybean Yielded Prospective Breeding Lines for High Latitudes of Northern Kazakhstan

چکیده
The photoperiodic sensitivity of soybean (Glycine max L.) is one the limiting factors affecting plant growth and yield. At higher latitudes, early flowering maturity with neutral reaction to photoperiods are required for adaptation plants long-day conditions. Currently, production distribution new varieties soybeans adapted widespread agricultural regions in northern Kazakhstan strong demand. Eleven hybrid populations were obtained from crosses between 17 parents four groups, MG 000, 00, 0, I. Marker-assisted selection (MAS) was assessed suitable SSR markers successfully applied genes E1, E3, E4, E7, targeting homozygous genotypes recessive alleles. identified selected propagated tested conditions 53° N latitude Kostanay region Kazakhstan. Finally, 20 maturing F4 breeding lines developed e1 e3 E4 e7, E3 e4 all completing their period within 92–102 days. These by MAS should provide very prospective superior through a strategy that may be helpful other countries high latitudes.

15 صفحه اولSNP Marker Assisted Selection for Identification of Fusarium Resistant Melon Plants
Melon is an important crop cultivated in moderate climate regions of the world. One of the most important diseases of this plant is vascular wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. melonis (Fom). Infection of farm by this pathogen can result in huge damage around the world. Development of resistant varieties is the most effective method for disease control. Four races of 0, 1, 2 and 1,2 have be...

Oriental persimmon (Diospyros kaki) originated in Eastern Asia, and many indigenous cultivars have been developed in China, Japan, and Korea. These cultivars are classified into four groups based on their natural astringency loss on the tree and seed formation: pollination-constant non-astringent (PCNA), pollination-variant non-astringent (PVNA), pollination-constant astringent (PCA), and polli...
